Founded in 2008, Roll n Sheet Ltd is a leading African market development company based in Mauritius and is part of the Deloffice Group, the largest supplier of office supplies and ticketing solution in Mauritius. We assist suppliers, from various countries, to promote their products and services in Africa. We are specialised in paper, stationery, printing and packaging solutions and target customers whose business activities require such products. We connect customers with suppliers and help them to close deals for mutual benefits. We also handle customers’ inquiries, orders and shipment until delivery.
Our suppliers are selected on the basis of their products’ quality, reliability, value added advantage, competitive pricing, after sales service and innovative culture. To this end, Caractere Ltd is one of our preferred suppliers in printing and packaging. Caractere has all the required qualities to embark itself on the African market.
Our company is strategically located in Mauritius to serve customers and suppliers located in Asia, Africa and Europe. We have the advantage of geographical location, time difference, language (speaking both English and French) and of course the splendid sunny island of Mauritius with its beautiful beaches.

Marketing
We promote suppliers’ products and services in agreed markets. Our preferred market is Africa where we have accumulated invaluable experience since the last 10 years. We identify potential customers and connect them with our suppliers by matching needs with supply capabilities. We provide customers with samples, technical specs. and relevant information for examination before placing order. We also assist customers in new product design and prototyping before mass production.
Order Follow Up
We handle customers’ inquiries, make offers and close deals. When customers place order, we take care of order confirmation formalities, follow up payment and update customers of production and shipment. From customer’s inquiry to delivery, we intervene to ensure the smooth and fast execution of all the steps which need to be followed for a timely delivery of the order.
Shipment
We liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping lines for freight booking, shipment scheduling and shipping formalities. We ensure that your consignment arrives safely and timely to port destination. We also make sure that you have all the necessary documents to clear the consignment at Customs and that your consignment arrives in good condition to its final destination.
Sourcing
Sourcing is an exercise which we do every day. We are connected with a network of business partners from around the world and we scan the globe to find new products. We discuss with suppliers, understand what they do, evaluate samples, analyse technical specs., assess their merits and perform due diligence before we decide to work with them. Quality, value added, price performance, reliability and customer service are among our suppliers evaluation criteria.
Market information
We share general market information with suppliers so that the latter can understand customers’ changing needs and market trends. Customer’s information are not shared with other customers, suppliers or third parties. We have strong professional and ethical values regarding trust, honesty, integrity and confidentiality. On the other hand, we regularly advise customers of new products, supply information and technological advances which may affect their business.
